Happy New Week! Was last week a doozy or what? Monday - Wednesday, I felt like my brain was literally broken. I couldn't put a string of thoughts together to save my life. My head was pounding and I literally didn't next to nothing. Finally woke up on Thursday feeling like a human again. Word on the street was that I wasn't alone and the New Moon and Mercury were causing some of this havoc. Anywho - back in action... Last Sunday I shared that I completely revamped my offers...again. This week, I want to tell you what actually sparked all of it. The truth is, I realized I had slowly started chasing someone else's version of success instead of my own. I've always believed that income should come from multiple sources. It's something I've taught for years. But somewhere along the way, I got caught up in the noise of the online space. The noise that says you have to be making $20K or $30K months. The noise that says the only way to get there is by continually raising your prices. The noise that says if you don't sell high-ticket offers, people won't take you seriously. And the noise that says lower-priced offers attract lower-quality clients. Quite frankly, all of that is bullshit and the business I have built for the past 9.5 years has proven otherwise multiple times. I've never built my business around one-time sales. I've always built it around lifetime value. My clients don't come in, buy one offer, and disappear. They stay. They grow. They evolve. Some have been with me for years, moving from one level of support to the next as their businesses grow. For me, that's always been a much healthier and more sustainable business model than chasing one big sale after another. And here's another hill I'll gladly die on. Some of the most committed, action-taking clients I've ever worked with pay me $250 a month. They show up consistently. They implement what we talk about. They ask thoughtful questions. They don't wait for motivation. They do the work. At the same time, I've seen people invest five figures in coaching and never open the workbook. Price has never been the determining factor. Commitment has. So I stopped asking myself whether my pricing looked "premium enough" and started asking a much better question: Who am I actually trying to serve? The answer was incredibly clear. I want to work with business owners who are building toward their first $150,000 in annual revenue because I believe that's the stage where strategy changes everything. It's also the stage where so many founders get overlooked. They're often told to figure it out on their own until they can afford the expensive mastermind or the five-figure coach. I don't believe that. In fact, I think that's exactly when they need strategic guidance the most because the decisions they make at that stage determine everything that comes next. Then I had another realization. Why was I putting so much pressure on my online business to generate every dollar I wanted to make? The answer was simple. I don't want it to. One of my long-term goals has always been to expand back into consulting with established small businesses and companies. I received my Women's Business Enterprise certification for a reason. There are skills I developed long before the online space that I genuinely miss using. Cash flow strategy. Operational efficiency. Capacity planning. Process improvement. Lean Six Sigma. Working alongside leadership teams to solve problems from the inside. Those skills are still part of who I am. They've just been waiting for me to use them again. So yes, I'm absolutely still building toward consistent $20K+ months. But I finally realized I don't need, or even want, every dollar of that revenue to come from the same place. The moment I gave myself permission to build the business I actually wanted instead of the one the online industry told me I should want, everything became clearer. That's why I restructured the Focused Visionary Accelerator. Instead of creating more offers, I simplified them. One framework. Multiple entry points. The same strategy. The same philosophy. Different levels of support depending on where someone is in their business. And I priced it for the people I want to serve, not to prove my worth. Because my mission has never been to build the most exclusive coaching business. My mission is to put this framework into the hands of as many business owners as possible so they can stop guessing, start making strategic decisions, and build businesses that are actually profitable. If you've been thinking about joining the Focused Visionary Accelerator, I do have one update. When I recorded my Q2 Debrief podcast, I announced that the private hybrid experience - which includes both the mastermind and private 1:1 strategy sessions - would be $750 per month. After finalizing the new tiered structure, that private tier is now $900 per month. But because many of you heard the original announcement, I want to honor it. If you enroll in the private tier before July 31, you'll lock in the original rate of $750 per month for your four-month commitment, saving $600 over the course of the program. If this feels like the right next step for you, simply reply with FVA, and we'll start the conversation. CEO Power Move of the Week: Before you make your next big business decision, ask yourself:
Those two businesses often look very different. The sooner you know which one you're building, the easier every decision becomes. Tap In!!

Are you tired of all the BS advice and false promises out there telling you all the ways you “should” grow your business? Whether you're looking to expand your audience, maximize your profits, or acquire the knowledge you need to succeed, Sunday Morning Brew has you covered.
Happy Sunday! August already? I swear I just blinked and July disappeared. It was a month full of conversations, clarity, and honestly...a lot of personal reflection. When we wrapped up the month inside the Focused Visionary Accelerator, I asked my clients to share a non-monetary win from July. We spend so much time celebrating revenue milestones (which I'm all for...I hit my July revenue goal and I'm celebrating that too), but sometimes the biggest wins aren't the ones that show up in your...
Happy Sunday! It's a travel day for me as I head back to Florida after spending the week in New York. My heart is full of memories, my belly is full of way too much soft serve, and my feet are incredibly happy they got to touch real grass again. (If you know, you know. Florida grass just doesn't hit the same.) So, in honor of my trip home, I thought I'd give you a little "New York Michelle." Go sell your shit. Seriously. I've been having way too many conversations lately with business owners...
It's Sunday!! Another new week is upon us! Did your kiddos go back to school this week? I know for just about everyone but the Northeast school is officially back in session. On Mondays and Wednesdays I pick up my friends littles (who I consider my grandbabies) and both days I asked her what her teacher's name was and what they did that day and the response was "I forgot" and "I don't know...". Clearly 1st grade is off to a fabulous start 🤣🤣 Ok, let’s talk biz. I’ve got a story and an example...
