I've resisted this for a long time...

Hey Hey! Happy Sunday!

What’s good and fun in your world? How was your week?

Mine was packed with networking and calls, and I genuinely loved every minute of it. From hosting my 4 on 4 chats, to two speed networking events, our first roundtable in Back Pocket Insights, a mastermind, and a Q&A session—yes, the Zoom fatigue was real, but my heart and mind felt full. Conversations and connection are what keep me going in business, so even when the schedule’s packed, it’s the good kind of exhaustion.

And through all that networking, I started testing something out. Which brings me to today’s topic: niching down.

Now, I’ve talked about this before. And truthfully? I’ve resisted niching for a long time. I love the variety in my clients. My business has grown without it. And I’ve always believed that for many business owners, niching down too early can feel restrictive—like trying to fit into a box that’s too small.

But this year, I started to see a pattern I couldn’t ignore:

Nearly every single one of my clients is neurodivergent—many with ADHD—and most are done-with-you or done-for-you service providers.

And it hit me: This is who I’m meant to serve.

But here's the part I struggled with: as someone with a 6/2 profile in Human Design, I’m wired to want mastery before I claim expertise. I’ve held back from saying, “I specialize in working with ADHD entrepreneurs” because I didn’t feel like I had the credentials or the right to own that.

Even though…

My clients were telling me it.

My colleagues were telling me it.

The results were proving it.

Then I started reading more about ADHD coaching and neurodivergent support…and everything I read? I was already doing it. The Focused Visionary Accelerator was already built to support this kind of brain.

And last week, I tested it. During a networking event, I introduced myself by saying I specialize in working with ADHD business owners, and three people messaged me immediately.

So let me bring this back to you:

Niching down doesn’t have to mean forcing yourself into something that feels off. But it’s worth paying attention to the patterns. Who gravitates toward you? Who gets the best results from your work?

Sometimes your niche defines itself.

And sometimes the only thing standing in the way of owning it is the belief that you’re “not ready” or “not expert enough.”

But here’s the truth I had to ask myself, and now I’ll ask you: How will you know when you’ve “mastered” it?

Mastery isn’t a moment. It’s a process.

And niching down doesn’t mean you can’t work with people outside of that space, it just means you can speak more clearly and confidently to the people who most need you.

Right now, this is what feels aligned for me. Will it always be this way? Who knows. That’s the beauty of business, it evolves as you do.

So if you notice my content shifting a little to speak more directly to neurodivergent entrepreneurs, that’s why.

Nothing else is changing, my offers are still the same, the support is still unmatched.

And if you’ve been resisting a niche because you’re waiting for the perfect moment or the perfect level of “expertise”… maybe ask yourself if it’s already been there all along.

Back Pocket Insights is HEATING up this Summer 🌞

I created this community because I was craving a space where business owners could feel seen, heard and supported WITHOUT a huge price tag or commitment attached.

But I also created it because I LOVE to teach, share and come together as a community.

Every month there will be a community networking style event and every month will have some type of master class, workshop or challenge.

August's challenge is going to be a promotion challenge - 30 Days of Talking about your OFFER! I have it all laid out and I can't wait to share. Think about what would change in your business if you shared about your offer everyday for 30 days? (You can PRESCHEDULE these posts if you have vacay plans mid August!)

Want to join in? You can get it all (plus twice weekly info drops via private pod) for only $11. Sign up as an annual member in July and get a free strategy session ($297 value) for FREE!

You know what to do -

Go take action! Talk to you next week!

Happy Sunday! August already? I swear I just blinked and July disappeared. It was a month full of conversations, clarity, and honestly...a lot of personal reflection. When we wrapped up the month inside the Focused Visionary Accelerator, I asked my clients to share a non-monetary win from July. We spend so much time celebrating revenue milestones (which I'm all for...I hit my July revenue goal and I'm celebrating that too), but sometimes the biggest wins aren't the ones that show up in your...

Happy Sunday! It's a travel day for me as I head back to Florida after spending the week in New York. My heart is full of memories, my belly is full of way too much soft serve, and my feet are incredibly happy they got to touch real grass again. (If you know, you know. Florida grass just doesn't hit the same.) So, in honor of my trip home, I thought I'd give you a little "New York Michelle." Go sell your shit. Seriously. I've been having way too many conversations lately with business owners...

Happy New Week! Was last week a doozy or what? Monday - Wednesday, I felt like my brain was literally broken. I couldn't put a string of thoughts together to save my life. My head was pounding and I literally didn't next to nothing. Finally woke up on Thursday feeling like a human again. Word on the street was that I wasn't alone and the New Moon and Mercury were causing some of this havoc. Anywho - back in action... Last Sunday I shared that I completely revamped my offers...again. This...
